The child of two of the original Great Owl Running GPX Races from the lockdown era (The Billing and No Fly Zone). Starting at the Emmot Arms in Rawdon this brand new winter race heads up the Billing before heading through the top of Yeadon followed by a lap of the fabulous Leeds Bradford Airport perimiter fence and then returns via a second ascent of The Billing.

Come join us to celebrate the general awfulness of running in the middle of a British winter. Trail shoes please.

All runners must turn up with the following…
Windproof / Waterproof Jacket All runners MUST carry a warm jacket / extra clothing suitable for the winter weather should you get yourself in trouble (Weather permitting)
Water Container - Great Owl Running events are cupless, we provide water at refill stations but you must bring your own container.
SHOES - Trail Shoes with half decent grip are strongly recommended for this route

ROUTE

The race starts and finishes at Emmott Arms and will be marked with signs and tape. We will have a number of checkpoints on the route.

There is a small car park near to the pub, more info tbc.
