Come join us at the amazing Piglove By The River for the Aire Marathon and Half Marathon. A lovely beer garden in the heart of Citu’s Climate Innovation District, where you can grab a picnic bench and admire the views with your complimentary pint of Piglove Brewing Co’s creative craft brews (after you’ve run the race of course!). It’s the perfect spot for sunday afternoon.

THE COURSE

The race starts at Piglove and follows the Trans Pennine Trail for 21km and turns around just before Fairburn Ings. The Half marathon follows the same route turning round at 10.5km.

This is a very fast and flat course with very good quality footpath conditions, as it follows the river it is incredibly flat, however, there are a couple of small bridges with steps that must be crossed.

Any crossings and turnaround points will be clearly marked and marshalled.
