The Wykebeck Way is an 8km point to point that follows ‘The Wykebeck Way’ from Roundhay Park to Temple Newsam. You may choose to run in either direction. The Run involves 1 lap of the Temple Newsam Track which must be completed at either the start or finish of the run.

RULES

The route must be run either Southbound from Roundhay Park to Temple Newsam, or Northbound from Temple Newsam to Roundhay Park. One lap of the the running track at Temple Newsam must be completed.

Parking

For Roundhay Park the closest car park to the start / finish is The Wetherby Road Carpark. For Temple Newsam there is plenty of on street parking just opposite the running track where the race starts / finishes.

Trains

Nearest train station to Temple Newsam is Cross Gates on the Leeds to Hull Line. Unfortunately there is no train station close to Roundhay Park.

First Buses 19 & 19A for Temple Newsome

First Buses 2 / 12 for Roundhay Park
